SLIDETOON-SPECIFIC RULES

  • No Riding on the Upper Deck While Underway: All passengers must remain on the main deck while the vessel is in motion. No one is permitted on the upper deck when the boat is underway.
  • Slide Use Only When Anchored & Motor Off: The boat must be fully anchored and the engine turned off before anyone uses the slide.
  • Motor Must Be Pointed Away from the Slide: Before anyone uses the slide, ensure the motor is trimmed down and pointed away from the slide landing area.
  • One Person on the Slide at a Time: Only one person may use the slide at a time. No tandem sliding, pushing, or “trains.”
  • Feet-First Only: Slide users must go feet-first and facing forward. No flips, spins, or head-first slides.
  • No Jumping or Diving from the Upper Deck: Jumping or diving from the upper deck is strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Top Deck Capacity: 4 People Max: No more than four people are allowed on the upper deck at any time, no more than three is highly recommended
  • Supervision of Small Children: Children must be closely supervised when on the upper deck or using the slide. It is strongly recommended that they wear a properly fitted life vest at all times during these activities.

Sunset Rules

  • Restricted Operating Area: Sunset cruises are limited to the Northern Bay only — from Island Grill to Cabana Blue. Boating outside this zone is strictly prohibited.
  • Return Time Requirement: All boats must be returned by 10:00 PM sharp.
  • Late returns may result in penalties and future rental restrictions.
  • Navigation Lights & Boating Laws: Navigation lights must be on at the start of your reservation.
  • Renters must acknowledge understanding of how navigation lights work and basic right-of-way laws.
  • Minimum Onboard Occupancy: A minimum of two people must be on board for all sunset cruises — no solo night rentals permitted.
  • Designated Lookout Required: One person must be assigned as a designated lookout to help monitor for other vessels and any potential hazards.
  • Reduced Speed in Low Visibility: A safe, reduced speed must be maintained during periods of low light or reduced visibility.

Jet Ski & PWC Rules

  • Restricted Operating Area: PWC’s (aka Jet Ski’ aka Seadoos) are limited to the Northern Bay only — from Island Grill to Cabana Blue. Boating outside this zone is strictly prohibited.
  • No-Wake Zone: Maintain a strict no-wake zone within 200 yards of shorelines, other boats, swimmers, docks, or any obstacles.
  • No Jumping Wakes: Do not jump or cross boat wakes at high speed.
  • No Horseplay: Horseplay such as chasing, performing tricks, racing, or aggressive riding is strictly prohibited.
  • Remain Seated: Riders must remain seated on the personal watercraft (PWC) at all times while operating.
  • Life Jacket Required: A properly fitted life jacket must be worn at all times by every rider.
  • Safety Lanyard Mandatory: The safety lanyard must be securely attached to the rider at all times.
  • Designated Operating Area: Operation is only permitted in the designated northern bay area, between Island Grill and Cabana Blue.
  • No Towing or Watersports: Towing or engaging in any watersports (tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • Swim Ladder Usage: Do not hang from or use the swim ladder while the jet ski is in motion.
  • Weight Limits: Renter must comply with the manufacturer’s posted occupancy and weight limit placard. 2 max and or 350lbs max
  • Sobriety Requirement: Operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Water Depth: Operate jet skis only in water at least 2 feet deep.
  • No Beaching: Do not beach the jet skis at any time.
  • Avoid Vegetation: Stay clear of heavily weeded areas and reeds.
