We operate daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting.

Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.

Requirements & Policies

Do I need a Boater’s Safety Certificate?
If you were born after June 30, 1996, Michigan law requires you to carry a valid Boater’s Safety Certificate. We recommend all renters take the course for safety and confidence, regardless of age or
experience.
How old must I be to rent a boat?
You must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license to rent.
What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule at any time prior to your pickup time for a full refund. We keep things flexible and stress-free.

Can I cancel due to weather?
Yes! We let you make the weather call. If you’re not comfortable heading out—rain, wind, clouds—just give us a call and we’ll reschedule or refund.

Are there safe places to swim?
Absolutely! Popular calm swimming spots include:

Can I tie the boat up and get out to eat or swim?
Yes—you’re welcome to anchor or tie up anywhere you feel safe using the provided fenders and dock lines. However, never tie up to another boat for safety and liability reasons.
Are there restaurants on the water we can visit?

Yes, Lake St. Clair has a wide variety of dock-and-dine restaurants you can pull up to by boat.

Policies & Safety

Is fuel included?
Fuel is not included in your rental.
We offer a $20 fuel service if you’d like us to refuel for you—highly recommended to save you time and hassle.
We discourage self-fueling to avoid spills or damage at public gas docks.
What should I bring with me?
Essentials include: sunscreen, a towel, snacks, drinks (no glass), your ID, and a Boater’s Safety
Certificate (if required). We recommend bringing your own life jackets for children and pets. We have a limited supply of kids’ life jackets—please request at check-in if needed.
Are pets allowed?

Yes—your furry friends are welcome aboard. Just ensure they’re safe, well-behaved, and
comfortable on the water. You will be fully responsible for them if they cause any damage.

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes—passengers may responsibly enjoy alcoholic beverages.
However, the driver must remain sober at all times, no exceptions.
Will I get a safety briefing?
Yes—every group receives a full safety orientation and boat operation rundown before heading out.
What if I have a problem during my rental?
Call 911 for emergencies and contact us using the phone number provided at check-in for quick assistance.
